A longtime friend of mine happens to be the weather producer and online content editor for KOMO News 4 in Seattle (back when he started at KOMO in the early 1990s, he used to head up the KOMO News WeatherWatchers program, for which I was a daily contributor). Today he put together a wonderful piece showcasing local Pacific Northwest weather photography, and in that piece, I have been selected as one of his showcase works. I've submitted photos to KOMO for nearly two decades to their news department for on-air work, and some of my best weather photos have been seen across the entire Pacific Northwest region.

So, KIRO News called...
... and in the next few weeks my SketchUp model of the Kaleetan I did a couple years back, will be used on their morning traffic map graphics! Contract agreement was signed today!

Another in-broadcast screenshot! Say, this looks like 1979 again! That Superferry isn't going to Keystone. She's bound for Edmonds. Where's the RHODY?
