For some reason, the forum will not let me see the photo. An avatar from flickr does not work for me either.

For some reason, the forum will not let me see the photo. If you're trying to post your own image you may have put in the url wrong. (remember you just need the url, not the tags and such) If not that, the size of your image might be too big. This is an easy fix though, you just have to enter the size of your avatar in the width and height boxes below where you entered the image link. 100x100 Pixels is the maximum size, anything bigger will not display. (For a 4x3 Image, set the height to 75 pixels otherwise the image will look tall and distorted) Another Pro Tip: Resize the image you are using as an avatar to 100x100 pixels before you upload it to Flickr. Edit: I use PhotoBucket though, so this may be different with Flickr.

ProBoards mobile app issue: certain URL links (such as YouTube) are not selectable. Any other smartphone users with this issue?

I clicked on the image to zoom it in, since my browser defaults to make large images fit the screen, and now I can see it at full size. I have a non-pro Flickr account.

Did you change back ground on the threads and on the headers?

We had an old thread in our 2007-Archives called "The Problems of the Semi-Privatized BCF".
I tried to move the thread back into General-discussion, yesterday, because someone wanted to comment on some of the items in it.
Problem was that when I tried to move it, it disappeared. I didn't hit a delete button, but it didn't end up in the BCF general-discussion page where I intended it to be.
I've done searches, but no luck finding.
So if anyone finds it misplaced in another unrelated page/section of our forum, let me know.
Myself and Mr. Hullnumbers thank you.

Just a quick question about the Facebook page of the forum:
How do you get your photos "selected" to be posted? and Why are most of the photos only from Staff?

Jesus Allah Vishnu Christ Buddha Naa's Jesus Christ Zeus
If you're going to use these words in a post on this forum, please keep it in-context.
If you're using them crassly, you'll find your post deleted. I deleted a "Christ" post, from early this morning.
Thanks for your co-operation.

Just a quick question about the Facebook page of the forum: How do you get your photos "selected" to be posted? and Why are most of the photos only from Staff? By "selected", I'm assuming you mean the photo is more visible (like when a staff member posts one) instead of the post appearing in the "Recent Posts by Others on West Coast Ferries Forum" with a paperclip instead of the photo. I don't know if the page format can be changed so the pictures would be more visible . As for why more of the photos are only from staff, I have no clue.

Just a quick question about the Facebook page of the forum: How do you get your photos "selected" to be posted? and Why are most of the photos only from Staff? As staff members here are also staff on the WCFF Facebook page, any photo that is shared via a staff account (WCFF) is shared with all of those who like the Facebook page. Any individual may share their ferry photo(s) on our Facebook group under their own identity. However, there is not an option that will allow those non-staff submissions to appear as if they were uploaded from a staff account. However, if you (or any other member) have a photo (or photos) you would like us to share on your behalf, you may PM any staff member with a brief description of the photo, the date it was taken, followed by a link to its high-resolution.

What is with all the kitchen threads? They're posted here by spambots. For some odd reason, they're all regarding the purchase of kitchen cabinets from a shady UK supplier. When you think of kitchen cabinets, it's obvious to think of ferries...
