Yes, it is already Friday. Basically another day of our long weekend for the students on this board, and I'm assuming most of you if not all of you have today off because of the holiday today. Well, see if you can complete the name on this photo.

Looks like the Oak Bay pre-midlife. She had those block letters on her, even after they put the new BC Ferries graphics on. Plus "Queen of Surrey" would be too small, if the "VICTORIA" is centered underneath.

Well I did decide to make a website a while ago with pics and everything , kind of in the same ways as Johns site, but then I realized you had to pay for space like that, and it would of been a ripoff of photos from Johns and Biffs sites. So I decided to scrap the idea of hosting a photos site. Then I was watching my movies of going on the ferries from the last 3 years and decided to record the horns and post them on the site I have now witch is the Ferry Horns site. But on my trips this year, I'm gonna try and get photos of the ferries mostly in the area of route 2, I'm even thinking of documenting a trip across the Strait with route 2 also. When I get the software for my computer, I might also connect my VCR to my computer and make my movies of going on the ferries in DV form and also posting them on the net as well. This all might take some time and it's all early days yet.

Chris, Have you tried SiteSled yet? I highly recommend it. You get 100 MB of space and lots of data transfer for FREE. It's a hell of a lot better than Geocities. If you ever decide to make a site with all this stuff, let me know, and I'd be glad to help you build a stylesheet.
