I noticed just that on our way from Tsawwassen and now can see it in your photos (thanks for those, btw, Scott and Chris) - I've yet to even upload mine from the day yet and am in the process - and it makes me wonder.

Woah...
That's at 20,000 feet...
Somehow, I'd half expect TSA to look smaller from that high up.

With a back yard view like that, why on earth do you ever come back to North Delta? Parental work concerns, I suppose.

With a back yard view like that, why on earth do you ever come back to North Delta? Parental work concerns, I suppose. North Delta is my personal territory. Little River we have to share with the rest of the extended family, and sometimes it's a little too much togetherness, if ya get my drift. Oh, yes, my parents do work, and that is mainly the reason why I'm back in the suburbs, and won't be back in Little River until the winter, or next Comox-bound ferry adventure.

Does the S Class in that picture look something like the Northern Adventure I agree that there is a similarity, and that it is in the bridges of the 2 ships. Specifically, in how the bridge-structure extends to each side of the ship, like a slug's antennae.

Mr queenofcowichan, I believe I just happened to see you at Duke Point, the morning the Queen of Alberni broke down. I was standing along the fence in the Long Term Parking part of the terminal, taking photos, and video. I could tell I saw a Ferryfan, when someone suddenly ran up to the fence, snapped a few photos, and ran into the terminal . I doubt that you saw me there. Here's a photo I got of the morning. For that, and more, go to: www.flickr.com/photos/ferrymanbcpix/

Chris: I remember seen a few people out at the terminal but I can't say for sure If I saw you. I was kind of in a big hurry to get my ticket. And it is a good thing too, as When I purchased my ticket they cut off the ticket sales right after me. The only problem was that my mom who was traveling with me was right behind me. After about 10 minutes they reopend the sales as they found another crew member to work on the New West. It was a close call but we made the sailing. See the picts on my site.

I also have pictures of some Greyhound buses and terminals taken between Ottawa and Nanaimo, Including Thunder Bay, and Calgary. Of course I have a few pictures of YVR and the aircraft I flew in. I will Create a new album dedicated to the Ottawa trip as time permitts me. I do not have as much computer time at home as I like to have. I am waiting for the Kids to go back to school.
