re PSCurr's March 9th "back from the cabin" photos of the weekend:
In that first photo, it looks like someone just bought some Indonesian food......
I've never tried the Sturdies Bay Indonesian food shack. Is the food good?

I ate there last May and I would say 'Yes', pretty decent for take out food. Mine went with me to Bellhouse Park for a picnic supper prior to catching the Mayne Queen to Swartz.

Yes the food is good at the Sturdies Bay concession, a combination of German and Indonesian fare. They have been in business for about ten years and have just reopened for the season.
I am glad they installed the photo of the Queen on the CR, I would love to have a photo. Glad they saw the wisdom of reconsideration...

They wanted to let everyone know that they are no longer a crown corporation.

Yes, beauty shot indeed.
I don't know about you guys, but I think the Super C's have grown on me quite well. I like the design because it's obviously different from anything else. She's a real head turner.

I agree, Chris. She has a nice sleek design. It makes her look better than about half the ships in the fleet. At least she isn't a Total spin-off of a WSF Design.

And the problem with WSF designs would be? Maybe the fact that they actually look like ships that sail the oceans of planet earth, and not like a transplant from outer space ;D. 'Wondering if there will be ferries in space'
