Yeah were you at HSB today Chris?? We did two rounds over HSB around 1pm this afternoon. 5 more photos have been added to my Queen of Coquitlam page community.webshots.com/album/547592409iKXgzc/3 from today! Two are looking towards West Van and Vancouver as we had back to the island. Awesome day for flying today!

Well done Chris. They are probably doing the interior work on the Surrey, as well as the painting on the outside.

Awesome! Note: This might be an awkward question, but did you take the ones of the Mayne/Skeena Queens on a 4:15 pm sailing out of Swartz on the MQ? community.webshots.com/user/pacifica109 Look under "Operation Queen of Saanich." There, you'll find some pics of the Queen of Cumberland, Mayne Queen, and Skeena Queen. These photos were taken from that sailing.

For all of you Queen of Burnaby Fans out there: @ Deas, Without Upper Solarium phtographybygraham.fotopic.net/c944865.htmlCheers P.S. just by chance, the tide was the lowest that I've ever seen it at Deas, and i was able to get right to the river's edge to get pictures. I will be uploading more in the next while, including of the Queen of Oak Bay and more over-exposures of the hull of each.

And it looks like she had some of the holes the Van had and someone was wondering why Graham was photographing. Better watch out, it looked like George Bush. LOL

Oh, and could someone give me directions to get to deas dock? Take the Steveston Highway exit off Hwy 99 in Richmond, just off the Massey Tunnel, then make a left on to #5 Road. Then, take another left on Rice Mill Road. That road will take you to the facility. There is visitor parking at the refit facility.

Awesome Pics, Graham! It's pretty neat to see that lifeboat graveyard at Deas. I wonder which Ferry that engine is from? Also, I wonder how much they would let the Queen of Victoria lifeboat would go for.

I can't help it to notice that the Queen of The Islands livery is very siminlar to the Other ferries. To the untrained eye one could be easily mistaken to say she is a part of the ferry fleet.
