The ship when underway sails with very little vibration.
It is a different story when it is running in Mode 2. While coming into and out of HB, DB and while berthed the Renaissance shakes much, much more than it should. This is the issue that is being mentioned by the crews..
Everytime I look at these picture of the Super C Model it always looks so majestic. I wonder what the main Car deck will Look like. Will there be platform ramps/gallery decks and how will they be set up? Will they be like the C Class gallery decks or the Spirit platform ramps

If she's in English Bay when and if convenient for me, I'll try to get a photo as I'm downtown during the day.

ETA for Nanaimo would be around what time??? Rough estimate?
Seeing as the Pacific Pilotage site is still noting a leave time from English Bay (just outside / west of Vancouver) as being 1300 (thanks to the heads-up from our forum member queenofcowichan), 1pm, I'd guess relatively soon after that...

(If that makes any real sense to you all)
I'll be trying for a photographic opportunity from or near the Spanish Banks near UBC myself if anyone wants to join me; any suggestions for optimum viewing? If not, I too am curious about our chances to see her transit the First Narrows below the Lions Gate Bridge
