Queen of New Westminster and the Spirits in Active Pass, today.
I managed to get to that ferry spotting location on the east facing side of Mount Galiano for these photos! It's very overgrown and you have to walk through a lot of jungle to get here but I think it is worth it for this view. You can even see Mount Baker if the weather is clear enough!

I appreciate your bushwacking. Personally, I don't really need to see any more shots of all the usual ferries in Active Pass, from the usual vantage points... you showed us a different perspective. Any recommendations for spots on Mayne? I guess the whole west part of the island is inaccessible.

Any recommendations for spots on Mayne? I guess the whole west part of the island is inaccessible. Georgina Point Heritage Park And Lighthouse or Mayne Island Waterdrome for first three trips, 6 am to 8 am sailing out of Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen. |
