Yeah no kidding, they might show what happened. I guess the captain was too lazy to turn her around last night, or they just didn't have one person get on board for that unexpected 10:15 sailing. Hey, the Coquitlam was having mechanical difficulties too with the 12:30 from HSB! But it sure is nice to see Oakys name on the Current Conditions again!

Ohh phew!! I didn't see this, the yahoo board wasn't working before I came on here. But there was nothing wrong with her Oak Bay today, it was the cash registers not working properly.

Haha yeah that would be pretty cool to be on that sailing! I had a feeling CH was going to be the one to show it, but for some reason I watched Global instead...I hope they'll have it on again at 11 so I can record it!

She running about 53 mins late as she has not arrived into Departure Bay yet so the 9pm is going to be late! All Oaky sailings have been late this afternoon.

Oooo, she didn't leave Departure Bay until 9:58! Le's hope she doesn't get to be that far behind tomorrow and actually leave nearly on time at least on the second day of being in service. By the way, if anyone didn't see Oak Bay on TV earlier but still want to, I think your last chance is at 11:30pm on CH news tonight.

It likely won't be shown on the Global Final tonight...Jill is off, Arron is filling in as anchor/producer, which means they'll likely carbon copy the six o' clock, (the story wasn't on at six) minus the old headlines, sports and feature report...It will probably be on CH News tonight, it's more of an island story anyways...

I'm guessing an exact copy of the 6:00 news.... But I did see the Oaky on CH at 11:45 last night and luckly I recorded it and they showed a little bit of her interior and her coming into Departure Bay, kinda like what they did with the Coquitlam. I don't really remember them ever doing anything for the Cowichan when she came back. But once they showed the interior of the Oak Bay, they said "It's good to have a nice ship like this now because the sailings might get longer" or something...All because of the rising fuel costs! I guess they're going to decide on whether or not to raise the price or slow all of the vessels right down to make the trip longer to save fuel. I don't know if I really agree with that. I like getting across in the time it takes. But staying on a ferry longer than it normally takes is kinda boring mostly because there's not really much else to do after you eat, walk around and take pictures or even play an acrade game which I rarely ever do after you have been on the same route multiple times. What's everyones views on that....I guess I should of made another thread for that part...
